Ceremony and Location

  • The venue address will be sent to you directly after you RSVP! If you have RSVP’d, but did not receive the address or need the address again, please contact us!

  • Yes. There is free parking at the venue location as well as street overflow.

    If you intend on indulging in our open bar, please do not drive. We will have redeemable Uber vouchers available that you can use to & from our venue.

  • White Attire. Please see our dress code page for more details.

  • Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have a professional photo and video crew who will be capturing everything so you don’t have to. We’d love for you to be present in the moment with us—everyone that matters will already be in the room.

    That said, we know you’ll still want a photo or two for yourselves that you can share or save. We will have a brief opportunity near the end of the ceremony for your inner paparazzi.

    Bridal Party will be armed with laser pointers.

Hotel and Transportation

  • Yes! We have a wedding hotel block at New York New York Hotel & Casino (NYNY) with a locked in discounted rate and a dedicated reservation line.

    Details will be sent to you directly after you RSVP! If you have RSVP’d, but did not receive the hotel info or need it again, please contact us!

  • Yes, but you will need to call the hotel directly via our dedicated reservation line. Details and contact information will be sent to you directly after you RSVP. 

  • Will will not be offering transportation services to and from the hotel and venue.

    We will be providing Uber vouchers so you can get home safe. More info coming soon.

  • The venue is in the Summerlin North area. There are plenty of nice hotels and a few resorts within a 15 minute drive. Alternatively, there are plenty of AirBnB and Verbo options.

Food and Drink

  • If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know via your RSVP. If you have already submitted an RSVP, you can still go back and modify your responses. If you’re unable to modify your response, please contact us.

  • Yes! Please enjoy responsibly. Uber vouchers will be available for everyone to get home safe. 🍺🍷🍸

Attendance

  • Yes. Please tell us about them in your RSVP so we can make sure they have a place.

  • Yes. You are responsible for your own children. If they are left unsupervised or are causing a problem, you will be asked to leave. We want to make sure that everyone is having a good time, but are also being respectful of each other.

  • Please submit your RSVP by April 30th, 2026.

    To ensure we have an accurate headcount for catering and seating, we kindly ask that you adhere to this deadline. RSVPs received after this date may not be accepted.

  • In a word: HOT.

    In two words: REALLY HOT.

    Las Vegas is a desert city and the classic desert stereotypes are pretty accurate. Expect the weather to be above 90°F (32.2°C) during the day and around 70°F (21.1°C) in the evening. Fortunately, pretty much any public place you go to will have aggressive A/C, so having an extra lightweight layer on hand is usually not a bad idea. Rain or clouds are unlikely, but it can spontaneously get quite windy sometimes.

  • Yes! Absolutely very YES!

    Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Photos with the bride & groom may take place outside after the ceremony.
